This foundation is run 100% by volunteers who are just as passionate about our cause as Christopher is. We strive to ensure that we continue to have low overhead due to donations of time, supplies, equipment and expertise. There is not a single person who has been paid for thier efforts since the creation of this foundation and we have already provided more resources and assistance to people afflicted with SM than any other organization in the world. In fact, we are the only organization that offers monetary aide, medical supplies and equipment, treatment cost assistance, counseling and case management style help for the individual with SM, CM and related disorders.

If you are in need of assistance, please contact us immediately. If calling, select the option for "case management" to begin the intake process. We're not just a website with information for self-help, we have live people to talk to... people that understand CM / SM and what you're going through. Assistance is custom-tailored to the individual's needs so please don't be shy, let us know if you need help. Even if it's just to talk to someone on the phone and vent or to get answers to questions about CM / SM for the newly diagnosed.

Please understand, however, that our staffing and call volume fluctuates (many of us have CM/SM and suffer the same as you) and sometimes you will get our voicemail.
